• Condition of Items: To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused, in the same condition as you received it, and in the original packaging. Items that show signs of use or are not in resellable condition may not be accepted.

• Return Shipping Costs:

  • If you choose to return an item, you are responsible for the cost of returning the item to us.

  • We recommend using a tracked service for returning items, as we cannot be held responsible for items lost or damaged in transit.

2. Non-Returnable Items

We cannot accept returns on the following items:

• Custom or Personalized Products: Any items that have been made to your specifications, personalised, or tailored specifically for you cannot be returned unless they are faulty or not as described..

3. Faulty or Damaged Items

If you have received a faulty or damaged item, please contact us within 14 days of receipt, and we will arrange a return or replacement at no additional cost to you. In this case, we will cover the return postage.

4. How to Return an Item

2. Package the item securely in its original packaging and include a copy of your invoice or order number.

3. Return the item using a reliable and tracked postal service.

5. Refunds

Once we receive your returned item, we will inspect it and notify you of the status of your refund. If your return is approved, a refund will be processed, and the credit will be applied to your original payment method within 14 days.

Please note that delivery charges from the original order are non-refundable.

6. Exchanges

We do not offer direct exchanges. If you would like a different size, color, or product, please return the original item for a refund and place a new order.
