2. Non-Returnable Items
We cannot accept returns on the following items:

Custom or Personalized Products: Any items that have been made to your specifications, personalised, or tailored specifically for you cannot be returned unless they are faulty or not as described..
3. Faulty or Damaged Items
If you have received a faulty or damaged item, please contact us within 14 days of receipt, and we will arrange a return or replacement at no additional cost to you. In this case, we will cover the return postage.
